Michael Hsu’s Office of Architecture and Franklin Alan leveraged the skills of Mend Services to transform this abandoned East Austin building into a thriving coffee shop that has solidified itself as a hub of activity in the area. Mend Services completed the demolition, framing, carpentry, and paint scopes in this open and inviting space.
