Our Whole Home Wellness Plans are designed to provide regular check-ups for your residence and a proactive approach to monitoring and maintaining your home’s critical plumbing and heating/cooling systems to ensure optimal wellness, performance, and a prolonged lifespan. By entrusting us with the care of your home, you can enjoy peace of mind knowing that your home is in good hands all year long.
PLUMBING WELLNESS CHECK
- One visit per year
- Inspection of all faucets, toilets, sinks, showers, and drains
- Test domestic water system pressure
- Water heater flush for sediment removal and improved efficiency
- One (1) complimentary drain cleaning annually (as needed)
- One (1) complimentary water quality test annually (as needed)
HEATING & COOLING WELLNESS CHECK
- Spring AC tune-up
- Fall furnace check
- Cleaning and inspection of filters (as needed) Inspection of ducts, coils, and vents
- Inspect and clean the outside condenser (as needed)
- Calibration and adjustment of thermostat settings (as needed)
- Lubrication of moving parts (as needed)
- One (1) complimentary air quality test annually (as needed)
