This one-of-a-kind luxury penthouse was the byproduct of a collaboration between Schoos Design Group (Designer), Point B Design Group (Architect of Record) and Wilmington-Gordon (General Contractor). Mend Services was involved from the first day to the last, performing demolition, metal stud framing, drywall, trim carpentry, installation of cabinetry Cooper Pacific Kitchens, custom steel fabrication and paint. This project included several unique design-build aspects that pushed the envelope of modern architecture.
